Remote support with the firm.

With your consent, a member of the firm can see your screen and help you directly: to set up invoicing, retrieve a document or solve a problem. We use Supremo, the Italian remote control software: no installation, you just open it.

How it works

  1. Call the firm and arrange the support session.
  2. Download Supremo using the button above and open it: nothing needs to be installed.
  3. Give the firm’s operator, verbally over the telephone, the ID and password that Supremo shows you.
  4. The operator connects: you see everything they do and you can stop at any time by closing Supremo.
Security

The Supremo password changes at every session and is valid only for that session. Give the ID and password only to the operator of the firm who called you, or whom you called on the official numbers: Ferrara +39 0532 450.482 · Codigoro +39 0533 710.240 · Milano +39 02 49.61.46.57. The firm never asks for access to your computer by e-mail or text message.
